White Harvest Conference

Helping Young Men Explore the Gospel Ministry  

Saturday, March 6, 2010, 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM in Patterson Hall of First Presbyterian Church, Jackson

The White Harvest Conference is for young men (ages 16-22) who are considering whether the Lord is calling them to serve in the gospel ministry.  It is designed to introduce the work of the ministry, provide instruction, counsel and direction regarding the work of the Teaching Elder in Christ's church. It is also hoped that we can help establish friendships between spiritually minded young men of this presbytery.

Pastors are asked to encourage those they consider potential ministers to attend and to join them in attendance.
Speakers this year include:  Rev. Dr. David Jussely who is Professor of Practical Theology at Reformed Theological Seminary, Rev. Mark T. Smith who is the pastor of Forest Presbyterian Church and Rev. Rob Hill who is the pastor of St. Paul Presbyterian Church.
